We are a family-owned company based in the Pacific Northwest. As a family-owned business, our attention is on providing our customers with a great straight-forward shopping experience. We want to hear from you, whether it is a product suggestion, issues with an order, or difficulties navigating our site.

You might notice when checking out that we are also referred to as Hannik, LLC. This is our registered business name in the state of Washington and we are doing business as runridelift.com

We have partnered with Yahoo! Merchant Solutions and Paypal to give our customers a secure and trusted environment to order our products.

Shipping


Most of our products ship via FedEx or USPS. However, with some of our larger products freight delivery is required and shipping times may increase. Every customer will receive an email regarding the status of their shipment and the carrier used, once our suppliers have shipped it from their facility. The average processing time for each order is 2-4 business days. Should an order require more time, each customer will be notified via email. Due to expensive shipping costs, at this time we do not accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international destinations. Should you decide that you want a product from our site, and you live in one of these destinations, please email customerservice@runridelift.com, so that we can get a shipping estimate for you.

Returns


We use more than one supplier to provide the products sold on our site, so it is important that all return requests receive an Return Authorization before attempting to return an item. To receive a Return Authorization, please email: returns@runridelift.com with a list of the item(s) you purchased and the reason your are requesting a return. Though the return policies of our suppliers differ, below are the guidelines for assessing if items are returnable.
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.


  • The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.


  • "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty, and not washed. We cannot accept returns of an item with any indications that it has been used.


  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


  • Items should be returned in their original product packaging.


  • Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund, i.e. a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


  • Items that are used and/or cannot be resold as NEW will receive a partial refund, i.e. a 50% to 100% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, depending on the condition of the product.

    Partial Refunds:


    • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
    • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
    • Once a returned item is accepted, the refund can take up 10 business days to process.


    Color Screen Treadmill Return Policy


    • We ship our color screen treadmills via truck, so it takes about 5-7 business days in transit.
    • We recommend that customers inspect boxes before accepting deliveries.
    • If an item is delivered damaged, we ask for photographic proof of the damage, so that we can replace part of it or replace that item entirely depending on the case.
    • If a customer changes their mind, they have 30 days to return the item and to get back their refund (minus original shipping charge of course).
    • If the color screen treadmill is still in the original box, we'll pick up the treadmill free of charge.
